I had the great experience of having Henry Rodríguez as my coach about a year and a half ago (before the pandemic), and I went through training with his company, Titania. The instruction was incredibly helpful in both my personal and professional life. That’s why I wanted to invite him to explain more about coaching.
Henry, like many coaches worldwide, has trained thousands of people. The rise of coaching started a few years ago globally with its most prominent figure, Tony Robbins, and it has quickly expanded, helping many people worldwide. Through this type of training, individuals are reminded that they have a purpose in life, and it’s never too late, “no matter the age,” to achieve their dreams. “Donald Trump became the president of the U.S. at 74 (first term), Joe Biden at 78, and many people at 40 already think they’re too old,” Rodríguez said in the interview.
But age is not the only barrier. Another challenge is having a clean heart, free from resentment. One of the exercises in the training, called “intro,” was about forgiving loved ones, even those who have already passed. “Sometimes we hold on to resentments with family, and that’s why we need to heal that energy block so that we can attract love, abundance, prosperity, extraordinary relationships, and progress into our lives,” Rodríguez said.
Henry has had the fortune of training more than 50,000 people over 20 years in countries such as Mexico, Panama, the United States, Ecuador, and others. The trainings empower individuals through “Life Empowerment.” “When a person is empowered, they can achieve great goals, even in the middle of a pandemic,” Henry said.
“Many of the people he’s trained have issues with ‘self-esteem.’ Many believe they are not beautiful enough or capable enough, and when a person believes they are insufficient, it’s difficult to undertake epic projects or create a titanic life,” said Henry Rodríguez.
Another topic we touched on in the training was death. “We are all going to die, human beings are not eternal, and there’s no guarantee that tomorrow will come. That’s why we should not leave everything for tomorrow or the future, we must give life value ‘today,’” the coach affirmed.
One of the exercises that touched my heart was when, in a large room with about 200 people, the coach turned off the lights and played the music of the “Ave Maria” (I started crying remembering my father’s funeral). Then, he asked, “If today were your last day, what would you have left undone?” He then turned on the lights and energetically said, “Now, live the life you’ve always dreamed of. Be the captain of your own ship.”
It was undoubtedly an incredible experience. That’s why I want to recommend the book written by my dear coach, “Being of High Impact.” You can contact him on his social media to get a copy: @henrymycoach.
